Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International orders are shipped via standard courier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. PostureLab has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PostureLab is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
