Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your PostureLab experience. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Window We offer a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned after the 3-day window will not be accepted.


Refund Options Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Full Refund — Returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Store Credit — Issued as a credit code for future purchases (processed within 24 hours of approval)
  • Exchange — Swap for a replacement unit if your item is found to be defective or damaged on arrival

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 3-day window
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or accessories

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at PostureLab@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Use the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[your order number]"
  3. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged
  4. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  5. Ship the item back to the address provided — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
